REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedure for cancelling orders and requesting refunds for products or services purchased through the Platform.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform and the shipping process has been initiated or the product is out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

LOOMS INDIA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, such as flowers, eatables, or similar products.

Refund or replacement for perishable items may be considered only if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered was unsatisfactory or defective.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, you must report the issue to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product.

The request will be entertained only after the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has verified and confirmed the issue.

If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product.

After reviewing the complaint, the customer service team will take an appropriate decision.

3. PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, all warranty-related complaints must be addressed directly to the respective manufacturer, as per their warranty terms.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once a refund request is approved by LOOMS INDIA, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase, subject to payment gateway timelines.

RETURN POLICY

We offer return or exchange only within 1 day from the date of purchase.

If 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

The product must be returned in its original packaging

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange

Only products found to be defective or damaged after inspection are eligible for replacement.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain categories of products may be exempt from return or refund. Such categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

6. INSPECTION & APPROVAL

Once the returned or exchanged product is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email regarding receipt.

If the product passes the quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with this policy.
