Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect 
    • Request is raised within 24 hours of delivery 
    • Product is unused and in original packaging 

Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or altered sarees 
    • Slight color variations due to photography 
    • Handloom irregularities (these are part of authenticity) 

Refund Process

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days 
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
